How far in advance should I place my order?
In order for us to guarantee timely delivery and service, we request a 24 to 48 hour notice for all orders. We will make every effort to accommodate same day orders, however we cannot ensure product and time availability.

Do you have a cancellation policy and if so, what is it?
Please provide at least a 48 hours notice for any cancellation in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

What are your hours of operation for catering services?
We deliver Monday through Saturday 7am to 7pm. We will make exceptions, but additional fees may apply.

Is there a minimum order amount and delivery charge?
We will deliver for orders $75 within a 15-mile radius of Boiling Springs. If you would like an order delivered outside this area, please call for an estimate.

If I use your Personal Chef service, will I select my meals from the same menu as you use for your catering service?
You can make your selections from our extensive catering menu, or we will be happy to work with you to customize a menu with all your personal favorites.

Can you deliver to my home even if I’m not there?
Whenever possible, we will work with you to personalize a home delivery plan.

Is there a minimum order amount and delivery charge?
Due to the personalized nature of our clients' needs charges may vary. However there is a minimum charge of $75 single, $125 couple, $175 family of four and $225 for a family of six. Please contact us for an estimate and availability.
